Check Your Shipping Address

Confirm that the shipping address you provided in Your Orders is correct. If there are any errors, the carrier may have left a calling card with further instructions.

If Your Item Says "Delivered" But You Haven't Received It

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, do the following:

• Check the delivery confirmation message to see if there's any additional information.
• Go to Your Orders and select Return or Replace Items.
• If the tracking info shows that your package was returned to sender, you may need to contact Amazon customer service.

If Your Order Consists of a Single Item and Is Not Delivered

If your order only had one item and it's not delivered, you can:

• Verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
• Select Track Package next to the image of your item to find the expected delivery date.
